Position/Job Title: IN-HOUSE ENGINEER

Work Location: LA LOMA, QUEZON CITY

Qualifications:
• Male
• Age limit is 45 years old.
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not.
• w/ ATLEAST 3-4years experience as an In-House Engineer in Construction Industry (Site & Production based work).
• Has vast experience in attending site meetings.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Pleasing personality and appearance.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable.
• Good inspection skills (QC/QA skills).
• Knows how to use measuring tape and technical construction terms.
• Can work efficiently with minor supervision.
• Willing to work on field (site visits and meetings) and report in the office from time to time.
• Has means of transportation (with Driver's License).
• Living within Metro Manila or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better.
