17K Basic Pay - Csr / No Experience Needed

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

At least HS (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
Open for Applicants with No BPO Experience - Fresh Grads
With Excellent Communication Skills
Basic computer navigation skills
