15 - Bookkeeper - Homebased / Wfh

**Responsibilities**
- Play a critical role in a function with a consistent flow of information that must be gathered prior to funding auto loans and contracts
- Make outbound calls to dealers, prospective customers and third-parties to confirm key information to confirm conditions of approval
- Receive inbound calls from dealers, prospective customers and third-parties to confirm key information to confirm conditions of approval
- Review contracts and documentation
- Track and monitor progress of outstanding items
- Update relevant records and company files
- Assist with other related projects, as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Punctuality and professionalism required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
