Position Title: Cluster Sales Officer

Reports To: Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve cluster sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance within the assigned cluster, identifying opportunities and challenges.
• Regularly review sales data, generate reports, and propose action plans to improve sales productivity.
Team Leadership
• Supervise, guide, and motivate sales representatives and agents within the cluster.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the team's skills and performance.
• Ensure team alignment with company goals and objectives.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the cluster.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellent service.
Market Analysis
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new market penetration and product positioning.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards within the cluster.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support sales initiatives.
• Manage operational resources effectively to meet sales goals.
Reporting and Feedback
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Cluster Head.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving sales strategies and team performance.
Key Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
