Job Description
Artillery Philippines is a fast-growing startup art brand looking for a full-time WFH Customer Support Team Lead for our Online Art Course (aka Student Success Team Lead) for our local anime drawing, watercolor painting, and brush & nib calligraphy courses.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Support Team Lead to ensure that our course students achieve results as quickly as possible through exceptional community support, mentorship, and course materials. You will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing the operations and services of our local art & calligraphy courses. This position involves close coordination with mentors, students, your team, and other departments.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Student Support and Success
Provide excellent community support to ensure students achieve their course goals promptly.
Facilitate mentorship programs, connecting students with experienced mentors.
Continuously improve course materials to enhance the learning experience.
Proactively engage with students to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
Conduct regular assessments and analysis of student satisfaction levels, utilizing feedback to enhance the quality of our courses and overall customer experience.
Implement best practices and strategies for customer success, utilizing data and metrics to measure performance and optimize processes.
Interview students for feedback on their course experience.
Assist in adjusting course curriculum and/or material to improve the quality of instruction based on student progress and feedback.
Suggest and execute points of improvement for better operational efficiency and student experience. Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online art courses, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and problems.
Monitor ongoing processes and identify potential problems or areas for improvement. Take prompt action to address issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales & marketing to contribute to the growth and success of our online art courses.
Lead and manage your team to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
Foster a positive and productive working environment.
Hire, train, and manage interns/part-timers/student success coaches. Community Management
Check in on our student Facebook groups, answer any and all questions, and comment on student works within 24 business hours.
Maintain engagements on our FB groups by commenting on student work submissions, posting announcements, etc.
Entertain any student inquiries or concerns via chat or email.
Coordinate with mentors for Zoom class scheduling and host weekly Zoom sessions.
Host monthly accountability meetings with students.
Track student attendance and reach out to students who miss multiple sessions.
Onboard new students within 24 business hours, if necessary. Online Events & Lead Generation
Plan and host live masterclasses, student interviews, and live critiquing events.
Create Facebook event pages for public events and cross-post announcements on IG, FB, and YT community. Who's your manager?

Requirements: Stable internet connection Own desktop/laptop that can handle video editing software At least 1 year work experience An extrovert who feels energized talking to people Has experience hosting Zoom sessions and/or Facebook Masterclasses Knows basic video editing Excellent verbal and written English Excellent communication skills Can work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines Organized and able to multitask Responsible and highly organized Can think on their feet and is a natural problem solver Loves challenges and learning new things Work hours: 2 days off: Days TBD Willing to work on Saturdays; flexible time on weekdays (as long as you can attend meetings, meet deadlines, and host/manage events for the day) Nice to have: Degree in Marketing, Journalism, HRM, Communications or Education Interest in entrepreneurship Experience in journaling and/or calligraphy This is NOT for you if: You are a student You are looking for a part-time job You want a slow-paced, comfortable, repetitive job You have a hard time multitasking You easily get discouraged when things don't go as planned Compensation: ?16,000 - ?18,000 base salary during 3-month training & probation (May be extended until 6 months depending on performance) ?20,000 - ?23,000 base salary after probation (determined by performance & skill) Basic Benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG and Philhealth Allowance 13th month and mid-year bonus Job Type: Full-time
