We are seeking a skilled in-house web developer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging online experiences. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our website, ensuring it aligns with our marketing goals, enhances user experience, and effectively communicates our brand message
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Website Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain the company's website, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and compliance with web standards
2. Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to implement website changes that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
3. Content Management: Manage and update website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), ensuring all information is current, accurate, and engaging.
4. SEO Optimization: Work with external agency to implement best practices for SEO to improve website visibility and search engine ranking.
5. UX/UI Design: Work with enhance user interfaces to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
7. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs that arise on the website.
8. Responsive Design: Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
9. Compliance and Security: Ensure the website complies with all relevant legal requirements and best practices for data security.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, preferably within a marketing environment.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
3. Experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
4. Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
5. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
6. Understanding of back-end development and server management.

1. Increase website traffic: Improve SEO performance / search engine rankings as well as page performance optimisation
2. Enhance Lead Generation – Conversion rate optimization – develop and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates. Create and maintain effective landing pages
