Plentina is seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support through our web chat platform. #### Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via web chat, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and product information.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Collaborate with various departments (such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support) to provide seamless service to customers and share insights on customer feedback.
- Identify recurring issues and trends, providing feedback to management to improve the customer experience.
- Proactively suggest enhancements or new features that can improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in creating helpful resources, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to empower customers and assist other team members.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality standards.
#### Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related role, preferably with web chat or online support experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using chat support software and CRM tools; familiarity with help desk software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues, document reports, and propose solutions.
- Personality traits: Independent, motivated, and able to work autonomously while also being an integral team player.
- Soft skills: Creativity in problem-solving and effective presentation skills to communicate solutions clearly to customers and colleagues.
