### Job Overview:
As a Web Chat Assistant at Homebase, you will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless customer journey by providing effective support and assistance to our clients through online chat channels. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and report insights to team leaders to support product and service improvements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to relay client needs, share information, and collaborate on solutions.
- **Project Management:** Assist in managing ongoing projects related to customer engagement and retention, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- **Adherence to Policies:** Understand and comply with company policies and procedures while providing customer solutions.

### Requirements:
- **Educational Background:** A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a chat or digital communication environment.
