Web Authoring & Production Qa Specialist (Wfh)

Nityo Infotech is seeking a skilled Web Authoring & Production QA Specialist to join our team!

Required Skills and Experience: - 3 years in a digital, web production support, or technical role- Experience in QA website processes- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel- CMS experience (AEM preferred) for content creation and publication- Basic knowledge of online marketing- Familiarity with cross-browser testing and methodologies- Understanding of web design processes; Adobe product experience desired- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Self-motivated, with an ability to work across time zones- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Customer-oriented, with the ability to convey technical issues in business language- Collaborative team player who can handle tasks within tight timelines Roles and Responsibilities: - Website QA: Review sites for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality improvements- Web Authoring: Update and create sites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)- Documentation: Maintain web processes, guidelines, and support task management
