JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage warehouse staff, including task delegation, training, and performance reviews for efficient operations.
Oversee inventory levels, perform audits, and maintain accurate stock records to prevent shortages or surpluses.
Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and boost productivity.
Ensure safety compliance, conduct training, and perform inspections to maintain a safe work environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
3+ years in warehousing or inventory management.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Exceptional ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet operational goals.
