Job Description
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.Manage activities of raw and packaging warehouse and inventory employees.Manage the movement of raw and packaging materials between other facilities.Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to another.Monitor all inventory control processes and document all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.Analyze physical inventory, initiate inventory discrepancy investigations, and perform general activities necessary to maintain appropriate control.Ensure warehouse meets all regulatory, safety, and independent auditor criteria.Formulate and regularly deliver Operations and Productivity Reports.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Engineering, Logistics, or any 4-year Business course.5+ years of solid experience as a Warehouse Manager particularly in Warehouse Material Handling.Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory controls.Outstanding leadership, organizational, highly analytical, and strategic skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Information: Must be willing to relocate to Epza Rosario Cavite.Salary: 60K – 70KOffice location: Gen. Trias, CaviteFlexible hours available.Working rights required for this role.Expected start date for role: 01 December 2024.
