Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient storage, shipping, and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse operations experience, and a deep understanding of inventory control, safety protocols, and supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock levels.Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring timely and accurate shipment and receipt of inventory.Equipment & Maintenance: Manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory, shipping, and overall warehouse performance. Provide regular updates to senior management.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
