Warehouse Helper

Warehouse Personnel provides assistance to Warehouse in Charge by ensuring the right count of products being assembled for warehouse inventory. Making sure that all stocks are well arranged for van loading and delivery and make sure that everything is accounted for. Ensures that all stocks loaded for delivery is in accordance with the printed invoices on schedule.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A. . PHYSICAL INVENTORY1. Ensures SKUs are specifically arranged per category and classification based on the implemented warehouse floor map2. Ensures right arrangement of stocks per pallet based on SKU storage specifications3. Ensures correct stock arrangement by observing the right stocking level as required per SKUspecification4. Conducts actual physical counting of stocks, and records data to inventory report form5. Endorses completed report to warehouse checker for validationB. . STOCK PICKING AND LOADING PREPARATIONSpicking1. Receives copy of pick list from warehouse custodian, to start facilitation of stock2. Assemblies the list of stocks listed to a pallet, ensures every case are well arrangedand looseSKUs in boxes3. Transfers arranged products to the staging area, endorses pick list to warehouse checker forrechecking and validation4. Sorts stocks from picklist on a per invoice arrangement, per pallet, indicate label to re-arranged stocks with invoice number for reference.C. . RETURN GOOD STOCKS AND BAD ORDERS1. Assists validation count of stock returns from customer accounts2. Sorts cases from loose stocks, and includes return good stocks from the other good stocks toensure FIFO of good stocks, upon processing other other customer PO3. Properly segregates returned Bad Order (BO) SKUs based on the appropriate BO classification4. Informs warehouse custodian for discrepancy in quantity, quality, or deviation from classificationof good stocks and/ or bad orders. D. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES1. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area2. Ensures loose stocks are properly arranged in the loose section area
