Warehouse Delivery Helper

QUALIFICATIONS
-At least high school graduate
- Can start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
- Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
- Reporting all delivery related problems to senior staff.
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
- Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes and delivery concerns.
- Assist in unloading, unboxing, assembling and installing products.
- Maintain clean working areas of all debris.
- Receiving incoming merchandise and verifying that they are undamaged
- Weighing and counting received items.
- Preparing merchandise for delivery or shipping by packaging and labelling them accordingly.
- Moving all outgoing merchandise to the delivery area.
- Ensuring that all merchandise is properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
- Organizing warehouse merchandise and stacking them on shelves and racks in accordance with company guidelines.
- Performing all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, which includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
