Job Description
MANAGING THE INVENTORY
Ensure correctness of Finished Goods Inventory.
Ensure that all documents affecting the inventory are accounted for and posted on time.
Receive or generate daily the sales order report to ensure the availability of the stocks.
Ensure that the SKUs picked and prepared for delivery are placed in the staging area and are properly labeled with the customer name.
Ensure that the SKUs picked are in accordance to the First-In First-Out (FIFO) policy
Conduct daily inventory count of at least 20 to 25 SKUs to validate the accuracy of the inventory in the system.
Conduct weekly cycle count
Conduct month-end inventory count.
Ensure that all SKUs are stacked in the respective locations
Ensure that all backloaded deliveries (good stocks) from trade customers are properly recorded and returned to their location.
Ensure that all damaged stocks (BOs) are accounted for and stored for proper disposal.
Proper coordination with production for the needed stocks and or stocks on promotion.

MANAGING THE WAREHOUSE
Ensure orderliness of the stocks in the warehouse
Adhere to the recommended stacking layer and height of the SKU per pallet to eliminate damaged stocks.
Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse including the walls, ceilings and windows
Ensure the correctness of the inventory of the pallets
Continuous implementation and evaluation of the good warehouse practice (GWP)

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Ensure that warehouse personnel (pickers, checkers, warehousemen, and other personnel in the warehouse) follow the defined warehouse processes and adhere to the standards of good warehouse practices and good housekeeping
Admin Function
Provide daily inventory report

Salary: Php12,000.00 to Php20,000.00 /month
