Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of our logistics and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, inventory management, and supporting the overall logistics team.

Key Responsibilities: Logistics Management: Coordinate the smooth ingress and egress of goods, ensuring timely and accurate set-up with minimal damage or loss. This includes planning, scheduling, and executing logistics tasks.Inventory Control: Effectively manage warehouse inventory by adhering to industry best practices, safety protocols, and company guidelines to maintain accuracy and organization.Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including generating reports, processing payments and purchases, maintaining records, and assisting with customer service tasks.Team Assistance: Collaborate with other departments and teams to support various organizational tasks and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or any related business field.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics or warehouse management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Willingness to work in Quezon City.Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as required.
