4. Collaborate with Store Operations:
* Work closely with the Store Operations Department (SOD) to ensure smooth implementation of
visual merchandising strategies across all retail locations.
* Partner with store management teams to align operational efficiency with visual merchandising
goals.
5. Develop Signage and Promotional Materials:
* Design and oversee the creation of in-store signage, product labels, and promotional displays that
effectively communicate brand identity and product information.
* Ensure consistency in design across all store locations.
6. Implement Training Programs:
* Develop and conduct training programs for store personnel and Visual Merchandisers to ensure
they understand and maintain high visual standards.
* Provide continuous guidance to staff on effective product presentation and visual merchandising
techniques.
7. Merchandising Strategy Implementation:
* Execute and implement visual merchandising plans in line with product launches, promotions, and
seasonal changes.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards and aesthetic guidelines across all stores.
8. Humanize the Shopping Experience:
* Focus on creating a welcoming and emotionally engaging customer environment through
thoughtful product placement, lighting, and décor.
* Adapt visual strategies to make the shopping experience more personalized and human-centered.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a
related field.
* 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail fashion or apparel industry.
* Proven track record in managing multiple stores or large-format retail spaces.
* Strong sense of design and aesthetics, with an ability to translate brand identity into visual
elements.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and visual
merchandising tools.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and
train staff.
* Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.
