We are looking for 2 VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS to join our CEBU team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The VA will also assist with account management and provide support to the clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, financial management or management accounting or related field or strong experience
• Minimum of 2 to 4yrs of work experience in a US firm as a bookkeeper
• Previous work experience using Quickbooks Desktop
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external customers, all management levels, team members and co-workers
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Amenable to work onsite
