JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience working with in-house or production companies
- Excellent English and Filipino verbal and written communication skills
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Avid Media Composer, etc.)
- macOS and Windows 7/8/10
- Highly creative and able to visualize and conceptualize;
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong diplomacy skills as the intermediary between editors and other staff; Collaboration amongst team members, internal clients, and stakeholders is a daily requirement.
- Able to accurately estimate timelines and efficiently time manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks with pressing deadlines and client needs
- Demonstrable video editing ability
- Responsible for seeing projects from initial concept through execution and final delivery, on time and at a high-standard.
- Capable of effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders on timelines to ensure project progress and completion.
- Ability to work as effectively solo as you are on a team.
- Great attitude and willingness to support a team
- Able to work in-house at our office in Greenhills, San Juan City

- Uphold the Company “Mission Statement” – available from the Company HR Department and included in the Employee Information Pack.
- The job of a Video Researchers is to identify and acquire videos and other content from the library for posting in the company’s YouTube channels, ensuring only the best content is being posted to drive user engagements.
• Identifies and brainstorms ideas for high quality content and work with our content teams to bring these to fruition
• Handles all research requests and provides storymap to the content team
• Meet set targets for viewing, processing and tagging videos and other media content
• Education or Certification(s) Required for this Position
• A graduate of Film, Mass Communication or any related course; as well as, any combination of education and training, which demonstrates the ability to perform the
duties and responsibilities as described.
