About the role In this role, you will lead and implement key HR initiatives for major Strategic Projects. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of HR tasks, driving strategic HR consulting services and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage HR activities for Strategic Projects, aligning with stakeholders on project priorities and objectives.Develop detailed requirements and project plans, updating project management dashboards with key milestones and timelines.Track and report on project status, risks, issues, and dependencies, identifying and mitigating key risk indicators.Support change management by articulating business cases, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth project transitions.Facilitate organization reviews, workforce planning, and rostering, ensuring readiness for new projects and evolving business requirements.Design and deliver Strategic People and Organization Plans, integrating HR validation into operating models and workstreams.Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources, demonstrating agility, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset.Requirements Bachelor's degree ideally with an international background.15+ years in HR leadership within matrixed organizations.Proficient in HR business partnering, large-scale project management, and driving change.Experience in property development, hospitality, or related industries advantageous.Successful track record in implementing complex HR initiatives at the corporate level.Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.Agile, flexible, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to HR.Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua advantageous.
