Vendor Management Services Associate highlights the
importance of solid understanding of the Vendor Management Services processes. Strong coordination skills with various internal
and external customers are vital to succeed in this position. As part of the VMS Team, the Vendor
Management Services Associate takes on this critical responsibility in a
dynamic and fast paced environment. In this position, employees are building
and maintaining strong relationships with various internal and external
customers in a team atmosphere.
Vendor
Management Services Associate Responsibilities:
Manage third party service reports submitted through Vendor Link
portal and NAM VMS email group. Responsible in VMS Work Orders backlog management Reach out to third party vendors to solicit service reports and
invoices Issue POs to third party vendors stemming from Time and Material
jobs Work closely with SE internal teams and vendors related to Work
Order closure issues
Responsible in meeting outlined production goals and targets Perform other duties, functions, and tasks that are incidental or
inherent to the role, or those which may be required, requested, or
entrusted by the superiors.
Requirements:
• Must possess a bachelor's degree in any field
• At least one year working experience in BPO companies
or Shared Services environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Organized, able to prioritize and complete multiple
tasks to achieve outlined goals
• Flexibility and sensitivity in cooperation with internal
and external customers
• Able to work graveyard and rotating shift
