Daily Routine Operation•Sweeping, moping, spot scrubbing and polishing all the floors, and on other areas as Brenntag may define, such us not limited to the main lobby, entrance ways, waiting areas, comfort rooms which shall be serviced, cleaned etc. continuously during Brenntag business hours to guarantee cleanliness. •Dusting, cleaning, and sanitizing of horizontal and vertical surfaces including all furniture and fixtures.•Dusting, cleaning, and sanitizing of all glass tops, inside windows, window edge, air vents partitions and other appurtenances which required daily attention.•Cleaning of ashtrays and trash receptacles.•Disposal of trash from the confines of the building to the receptacles provided for their storages.•Sweeping of cobwebs on walls and ceiling where necessary Weekly Periodic Operations •Washing, scrabbing and polishing of all the walls and stairways •Washing of inside glass windows and doors •Dusting of light fixtures suspended from the ceiling. •Cleaning, waxing and polishing of office furniture and fixtures, counters, etc., not including the items of equipment that requires specialized maintenance. Furniture such as davenport and chairs showing sign of spoil of whatever cause shall be washed and cleaned.Monthly Periodic Operation •Through general cleaning of all areas.•Cleaning of diffuser, lights and other fixtures as Brenntag may define.Qualification:•Highschool Graduate •At least with 1-2 years related experience•Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
