Job Description Job Overview : As an HR & Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and supporting employee engagement within the organization. Your responsibilities will span from candidate screening and welfare checks to frontline HR support and fostering a positive work environment. Job Description:  - Ensure that all candidates endorsed to clients by Talent Acquisitionhave been checked and reviewed before endorsing to Clients.- Attend final interview of candidates with Clients.- Regular welfare check calls with employees.- Ensure engagement and job satisfaction of employees.- Attend to HR tickets- Frontline day-to-day HR support to employees

Requirements

- at least 2 years as an HR practitioner - experience in compensation and benefits, labor relations andemployee engagement- can work under minimum supervision- willing to work onsite during training period
