Urgent! Sales Director (Hospital Equipment)

Responsible in designing and implementing strategic plans to meet the company’s goals and sales target
Develop and retain lasting relationship with existing and new potential clients
Lead and guide Medical Sales Representatives in reaching their sales targets
Works closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure harmonious and efficient working environment
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
At least 10 years combined experience in Sales from Healthcare distribution industry handling Medical Equipment/Supplies
Preferably with solid experience in selling hospital/medical equipment
Solid network of clients in the healthcare industry
In depth knowledge in sales and marketing techniques and best practices
Must be sales driven and target oriented
Good product knowledge – hospital equipment/supplies
Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
Leadership/People management experience
Amenable to work remotely (until ECQ is lifted)
