Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field5 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar.Fluency in best practices for app and web-based information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.Experience designing applications with many user touch points with a specialty in mobile app and web design.Professional skill in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, or equivalent.Ability to focus on, manage, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to collaborate with others in a cross-functional team in different locationsMust be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions to stakeholdersMust have a portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include the approach and process.Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions." Job Description: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI and visual design specifications for Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.Contribute to the design system and ensure design standardization across all of the teams products.Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities
