JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for Translator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional linguistic skills, fluency in English, Tagalog, Japanese, and Chinese and a deep understanding of cultural nuances to provide high-quality translation services and ensure effective communication across our global partners and clients.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Translate written documents, including legal, technical, and marketing materials, from English to Tagalog, Japanese, and Chinese and vice versa.Ensure translations are contextually appropriate, accurate, and reflect the original meaning.Review and edit translations for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to client specifications and deadlines.Provide initial translations and final proofread versions to maintain top-notch quality.Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to clarify translation requirements and preferences.Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project details and translation strategies.Adapt content to reflect cultural nuances and sensitivities pertinent to the target audience.Research and understand evolving language usage trends to keep translations relevant and modern.Compliance with the Management System ( ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001: 2018 , RBA Code of Conduct). JOB SPECIFICATIONS Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a translator in a professional setting, with a portfolio of completed translations. Skills and Abilities: Fluency in English, Tagalog, Japanese, and Chinese (spoken and written).Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the nuances of each language.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all required languages.Proficiency in translation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
