Training Supervisor

Overview:

Your goal is to enhance employee skills and productivity through effective training. You will identify training needs, create and oversee programs, and ensure our training goals are met.

Responsibilities:
Spotting Needs: Find out where employees can improve to boost their productivity.

Planning Programs:
Create training plans for inside and outside programs that match our growth aims.

Smooth Execution:
Make sure training programs run well from start to finish.

Checking Success:
Keep an eye on how well training is working and adjust as needed.

Team Collaboration:
Work with different teams to make training fit their goals.

Fresh Ideas:
Stay updated on new ways of training to keep our programs effective.

There are two (2) slots open for the position

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Training, or related field.Experience in designing, running, and checking training programs.Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.Experience in the sales marketing and trade industry is an advantage.Good communication to work well with others.Attention to detail for careful planning.Adaptability to changing situations.High proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is required.With at least 3-5 years of relevant, experience in Performance Management, Training, and Development in Sales or Hospitality.Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
