Being a Human Resource Department (HRD) Training and Development Manager involves conducting, providing, overseeing and having direct responsibility for all required type of Trainings & Seminars, Work Safety, First Aid, Calamity Prevention & Reaction Plan and other career & personal Employee Development activities & Counseling programs of the organization that will contribute to the effective output of the Human Resource Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop a HRD Training & Development Strategy
2. Designing the HRD Training & Development Services and Processes
3. Planning and Controlling
4. Improving the performance of the HRD Training & Development Section
5. and others


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
