Training Manager (BPO)

About the role
Provide training for both current and newly hired employees to equip them for key responsibilities and tasks. Demonstrate company and client standards by fostering a supportive atmosphere that helps participants achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for both new and existing employees, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill application
- Enhance knowledge retention through effective questioning techniques, engaging presentations, and facilitation skills while providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Create and maintain a training environment that fosters trust, learning, and high performance.
- Prepare for instructional sessions by selecting suitable teaching strategies and materials designed for specific learning formats.
- Assess learners' knowledge and performance using relevant evaluation models and tools appropriate to the context.
- Mentor and coach apprentice instructors and train newly assigned instructors.
- Coordinate various training activities, including presentations on operations, quality, and human resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- With at least 2 years of work experience as a Training Manager in a BPO Setting
- Experience in Telco accounts/campaigns
- Good communication skills - SVAR C1
- Willing work night shift schedule

- Commonwealth or SM Fairview
- 100% Onsite
- Night shift
