Educational Requirement:
? Atleast 2nd year College undergraduate
? Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
? Associate's Degree (2yrs.)
?College Graduate

Work Experience:
1. Preferably has exp in banking domain (US banking)
2. Experience handling cards a plus
3. With minimum of 3-5 years work experience in Training and mentoring facilitation

?with exp in banking managing disputes, investigating disputes
