Test Manager (Core Banking Role)

Key qualifications:
•10+ years relevant experience
•Must have experience in Test Manager role, managing testing for large scale IT projects in banking sector (highly prefer experience with •Core Banking projects such as Temenos, Finacle or Branch Banking Systems)
•Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia
•Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, Microfocus etc.)
•Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
•Experience in non functional testing (e.g. performance, availability etc.)

Key responsibilities:
•Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for the Branch Teller
•System implementation, including timelines, resources, and methodologies
•Drive the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the Branch Teller Systems
•Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
•Prepare & present testing reports, incl test results and defect analysis
•Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing
•Collaborate with the Software and System Integration vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications
•Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
