**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of any automotive course
- With NC1 and NC2 certification
- With at least 3 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible
- Must know how to drive an automatic and manual transmission, with a valid professional drivers license
**Main Responsibility**:
Diagnose, performs service, and repair to customer's units in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints.
- Performs work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
- Fix customer vehicles right the first time.
(F1) Non-F1 rate is at a maximum of 3%.
- Ensures cleanliness of the vehicle during and after the repairs/services.
- Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as well as recommended repairs.
- Participates in training and meetings, both internal and external as required by the management.
- Achieves monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
- 100% utilization of required service forms mandated by the company as well as the manufacturers.
- Compliance with all service programs with no incidents of violations as audited by the Dealer Development Management Office.
- Keeps self-abreast with new technical bulletins and new product updates.
- Observe proper procedures in conducting repairs as per the manufacturer's standard.
- Promotes 5S and maintains cleanliness in the work area at all times.
