Unspecified ·Work with Business Unit stakeholders in the design of the program/curricula for technical training.
·Develop training modules.
·Implement through facilitation and/or conduct of the training modules with the Subject Matter Experts.
·Monitor and ensure completion of required training programs identified before and during the deployment of the employee.
·Manage and maintain technical training database of the Business Unit.
·Design and development of the technical training programs of the Business Units.
·Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the technical training program from stakeholders' inputs, employee performance and results of Quality Systems audit.
Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
