Technical Project Manager

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage daily operations of the team such as:- planning and scheduling of the team's activities- assure and optimize team utilization- anticipate and address potential issues before they are encountered- monitoring of the team member's performance- Provide technical and non-technical support and guidance to the team in the form of assistance in resolving issues and/or mentoring / coaching.- Effectively communicates status of projects and/or operations to the leadership team and clients.- Help in growth of the team through resource management (acquisition and allocation).- Work closely with Filipino & Japanese counterparts and managers.- Responsible in Project resource management that shows ability to handle complex / sensitive issues.- Responsible for the quality, cost and delivery.- Execute mutually agreed plan for the benefit of the customer.- Manage 10 people or more.**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**- More than 8 years of relevant experience or as required by client.- With Software Development, Project & People Management experience.- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizaton.- Leadership and organisational skills.- Customer centric; familiar with Japan business culture.- Ability to effectively manage time and resources.- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and scope.- Capable of making timely decisions despite complexity, ambiguity and potentially adverse consequences.- Preferably with Nihongo background.
