Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in J2EE and e-Commerce to lead development teams, facilitate Agile methodologies, and integrate software systems. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, a minimum of 8+ years of programming experience, and proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and REST principles. They must be able to work on client site in Alabang at least 3x a week. The role involves designing, customizing, and developing e-commerce solutions, as well as leading the implementation of international e-commerce sites. The ideal candidate has experience with CI/CD pipelines, HCL Commerce, and e-commerce enterprise platforms. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead development teams and facilitate Agile methodologies
* Integrate software systems and ensure seamless communication and data flow
* Design, customize, and develop e-commerce solutions
* Implement international e-commerce sites
* Develop and test functionalities based on J2EE and HCL 9.1 framework
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and e-commerce enterprise platforms
* Strong understanding of JavaScript and REST principles
