About the role If you are looking to develop in an HR role, the Technical Consultant, Disability and Leave position will allow you to support Consultants and Senior Consultants, Disability and Leave, in administering the company's leave programs.
We are looking to recruit 2 bilingual Technical Consultants, Disability and Leave, for our growing team!
These positions report to the Manager, Disability and Leave, and are part of the HR operations team.
What you'll do here: Process leave requests and complete the required documents when: Employees are unable to work due to illness or injury and are on short-term or long-term disability leave. Employees need accommodation or an ergonomic assessment related to a medical condition. Employees are planning leaves, including retirement, personal leave, parental leave, maternity, paternity, or adoption leave, and any other leave provided by law. Work in partnership with Consultants and Senior Consultants, Disability and Leave. Provide excellent customer service. What you will bring to the table: Relevant work experience in administrative support. Bilingualism in French and English is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country. Very good ability to provide excellent customer service, while working remotely and with a diverse workforce. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a good ability to influence others. Good organizational and planning skills. Having an open mind, being agile and resilient while being comfortable working in a constantly changing work environment. Embrace change and opportunities with a positive attitude.
