What you'll be doing: Monitors team performance and oversees day-to-day operationsMaintains an in-depth knowledge of account/sProvides feedback and coaching to a team of Virtual AssistantsProvides weekly or bi-weekly performance coachingDrives performance, motivates and reinforces teamworkCommunicates relevant information to the team on a timely basisConducts up-training on process and policies update as neededMonitors and evaluates phone calls and emails for quality assuranceProvide feedback and quality evaluation coaching weeklyProvides team performance reports and analysisConducts employee performance review with Ops ManagerRecognizes high performance and rewards accomplishments What we're looking for: Should be residing in Davao CityCompleted Bachelor's Degree from any accredited universityAt least 2 years of people leadership experience with teams of 20-30 associatesEnglish language fluencyCustomer Service, Sales or Collections ExperienceSix Sigma Certifications (White Belt to Black Belt) are plus factors including Project Management Skills What we offer:
