Main Responsibilities: Oversee agent performance, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and recommend growth opportunities.Requirements: 3+ years of Team Lead experience, excellent English communication skills, and experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, and Amazon.Compensation Package: $6/hr, performance & recognition bonuses, health and dental insurance, paid time-offs, and performance incentives.
