Oversee and manage the Operations of a client account(s) with overall responsibility for achieving service levels for the account
Will be responsible overall control of planning, staffing, recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business team.
Interact with Vendor Manager at client level and Leadership within the company
Work with key client stakeholders for driving operational decision
