Team Lead Bpo (Fraud Exp)

Required Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)
> 3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO
> 1+ years Team Lead EXPERIENCE HANDLING FRAUD ACCOUNT and inbound call taking agents
> Proven leadership skills
> Strong communication skills, including active listening.
> Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
> Can start immediately

Other Key Qualifications:
> Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
> Amenable to work ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG).
> Able to start ASAP
