Tax Advisory Senior Associate (Underbar And New Lawyers)

As a Tax Advisory Senior Associate, you'll make a technical contribution to business tax advisory client engagements and internal projects. You'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You may participate in researching tax issues, preparing written communications, helping clients with responses to tax authorities, and assisting clients in maximizing tax credit claims and improving their tax function. Working with supervision, you'll contribute to presenting our work and its findings to clients. With a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, you'll escalate issues as appropriate.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns, thereby enhancing long-term working relationships with clients

Participate in client meetings and work within a team environment to deliver integrated tax services to clients

Become familiar with tax practice services, processes, roles and go-to-market strategies

Research tax issues and develop quality, practical tax planning to address client needs

Analyze and process data and convert it to a client-ready product

Perform work efficiently, on time and within budget

Qualifications, Education and Certification
A Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree holder

Lawyer or CPA Lawyer

Tax, Commercial, legislative and industry knowledge

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills
