What you will do: Responsible for shaping the company's growth by sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding the best-fit candidates across various functions and levels.Help the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop effective recruitment strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to drive a seamless and impactful hiring process.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, guiding them in sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates to hiring managers.Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans to meet those needs.Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment processes, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and quality.Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to leverage additional resources for candidate acquisition.Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and desirability as an employer of choice.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach to candidate evaluation.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding, facilitating a smooth candidate journey.Expected to take on various cross-functional HR responsibilities and tasks as assigned, adapting and aligning with the evolving needs of the organization and the demands of the role.What we need: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.6-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment strategy development and team leadership.Experience in the hospitality and casino resort industry is an advantage.Proven experience leading a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals, managing their performance, and fostering their professional growth.Strong understanding of various recruitment methods, including sourcing, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software for efficient recruitment management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions.Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in recruitment, including equal opportunity employment regulations.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.Be part of the LET X Community At LET X, we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity.
