JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsSource potential candidates through online channels (ex. Jobstreet, Indeed, Linkedin and etc.)Conduct interviews and selection proceduresEndorsement of shortlisted candidates to the hiring managerConduct a background investigation on the considered candidatePrepare and discuss a job offer sheet.Issuance and monitoring of pre-employment requirements and other documents needed for onboardingRequisition of tools of trade and email to the IT departmentEndorsement of a newly hired employee to the respective departmentManages 201 filingsEncode new hire information on the employee master data portalOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
