Location: Cebu
Shift: 7AM - 4PM PH Time, Monday to Friday

About this role… We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting with hiring the very best talent for our business functions across Australia.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, vacancies which have been added to our recruitment system and job boards, managing the recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that all vacancies are kept up to date, and supporting the Talent team with all relevant projects.
The ideal candidate will have administration experience, ideally within Recruitment or Human Resources/Talent Acquisition.
Key Accountabilities Support the administration and coordination of the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.Preparation of Talent Acquisition reports, including time to hire, agency spend dashboards, and candidate diversity reports.Manage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date.Coordinate all elements of the candidate interview process including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Teams calls, candidate confirmations, update of ATS system, and interview schedule tracker.Maintain all recruitment folders with up-to-date documents such as interview templates and job descriptions.Support all aspects of the recruitment cycle, manage and review recruitment mailbox, job posts, and respond to candidates queries within agreed SLA's.Ensure vacancies on the Applicant Tracking system are correctly formatted and all information is complete. Liaise with the hiring managers in the instance where information is missing and ensure the system is updated.Co-ordinate all elements of reference checks & background checks, managing the right to work process and moving candidates into onboarding on Jobvite.Be a central contact for all recruitment-focused queries from hiring managers and candidates.Support hiring managers by promoting and advising on best practice recruiting which supports the company values and D&I Strategy and ensures we are compliant with employment legislation.As required, support with pre-screening candidates, headhunting on LinkedIn recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment.Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business.About you… Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Australian/Global experience.Familiar with HR Administration & Recruitment Processes.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel in particular).Knowledge in LinkedIn Recruiter & other headhunting platforms.Experience of using job boards.Experience of using an ATS is ideal.Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Flexible, adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Systems and process-oriented.What's in it for you?
