Main Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the monitoring, and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipmentProvides a wide range of services to support, fix, and maintain the hardware and software of an organization's computer systems or bingo machinesIT technician responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support within a companyAttending meetings with technical team and disseminating the matters discussed to the superiorUpdating management on the progress of matters discussed with the technical team, following up & coordinating pending issuesRunning tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendationsRepairing or replacing faulty equipment Qualifications: Degree in IT/Technician or equivalent qualification with a professional education bodyAt least 3 years of bingo / online casino experience in the gaming industry for the Philippine market.Proven work experience as Technician / ITFluent in both written & verbal EnglishExperienced in inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipmentGood and strong work attitudeHas knowledge of the technical aspect of the set-up (lights, sounds, streaming)Strong analytical thinking skillsAbility to pay attention to detailAbility to explain problems simply and clearly
