Details of the offer

Manage/own certain user-support related applications, such as Remote Desktop/Citrix XenApp, Phone/fax system software, Google Apps (including email).
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems for end users
Create and maintain IT support-related documentation
Manage and track internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records, closely monitor services and alerts to avoid disruption of services to end users
Analyze, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software, including but not limited to desktop pc’s, laptops, and mobile devices such as phones and tablets; this position may be limited in troubleshooting hardware due to the remote nature of the position, but initial troubleshooting steps via phone or video call are included in the expectations of this position
Perform workstation software upgrades as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:Skills Requirements:Must be able to troubleshoot various types of software and hardware systems, including but not limited to printing, phone/fax, MS Office, email, Accounting/Billing/Order Processing/Purchasing software.
Must have solid communication skills, both verbal and written; preferably have successful experience in a retail or service environment.
Must have basic understanding of VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VOIP, Google Apps.
Must have a high familiarity with at least one mobile device platform between iOS and Android mobile devices.
Must have experience with at least 2 of the following in a production environment: Remote Desktop/Citrix (XenApp), Virtualization, Windows Server OS.
Will report to a manager or as part of a team, but must be able to exercise reasonable judgment and work independently.

Preferred Skills and Experience:Knowledge of creating\deleting user\group in Active Directory.
Experience with Ticketing systems and remote in tools a plus
Knowledge of remote desktop assistance software, such as GotoAssist, VNC, etc.
Familiarity with both mobile device platforms (iOS and Android)
