Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of relevant experience at the mid-to-senior level who is energetic, confident, and possesses excellent attention to detail and people management skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of support specialists to ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall support experience for customers- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's performance and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the customer support process- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the support team to improve their skills and productivity- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and work to resolve them in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field- 8 years of experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry- Proven experience managing a team and achieving measurable results- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and under pressure- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
