Supply Chain Officer

Job Responsibilities:
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and inventory movement trends.
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and actual inventory count audit.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and progressively.
• Work together with the supply chain team when it comes to stock demands from Nabati Direct Distribution (NDD)
warehouses and Distribution Center (DC) and shipments lead-time.
• Collecting and analyzing supply chain data (Sales, Incoming Stock, Outgoing Stocks/Stock Transfers/Issuances, Inventory
and conditions).
• Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs.
• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (warehouse-slotting, route planning).
• Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Officer or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage.
• Working knowledge on relational databases and ERP systems (SAP, MS-Navi, MS-Dynamics, Oracle...others).
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
