RESPONSIBILITIES:
To direct the entire supply chain of the company – production planning and inventory control, purchasing, warehousing and delivery to attain production efficiency as well as customer service while reducing production cost.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operation or Supply Chain Management.
At least 10 years relevant experience in supply chain (PPIC, Purchasing, Logistics) gained from Manufacturing industry
Must have at least 3 years working experience as Supply Chain Manager
Plan and organize the supply chain activities and ensure that KPIs and targets of supply chain team are attained
Ensure that policies and procedures of supply chain processes are consistently implemented, and periodically review them for continuous improvement
Analyze sales and production data and monitor demand forecasting accuracy to determine its effect to supply chain.
Ensure that demand forecasting data are translated into production plan and material requirement plan, which serves as basis in production.
Initiate programs and activities to strengthen partnership with the key suppliers.
Manage activities related to strategic and tactical purchasing
Re/Design warehousing system, policies and procedures to maximize the space utilization and product preservation
To ensure that all materials needed in the production are available without excessive over supply.
Knowledge in Supply Chain concept, framework, methodology, tools and techniques
With extensive knowledge on Risk Management and Risk Assessment
Working knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Excellent Leadership, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills are required
