S&CM External Support

Work Set up: 2-3x a week RTO
Location: 11N, One Burgundy Plaza, 307 Katipunan Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City
Work Schedule: 8:30PM 5:30PM (Monday-Fridays)
Set up: Onsite reporting
Salary: 25,000
Initial Set up : Project based - 3 months
Qualifications:
— Open to Fresh Graduate - 6 months work experience or Internship Experience in a Category/ Brand/Sales function.
Excel and Powerpoint Literate.
Financial Analysis skills preferred
Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers

Job Responsibilities:
— Commercial operations: Ensure a fit for purpose SCM operating model is embedded in each market in the cluster, in line with the NOPM
— PICOS: Build base business and innovation packages for all markets in the cluster: PICOS, POSM, Selling, story, selling Kit, Forecasts, etc
— Promo: Design comprehensive Promotion Menu/ guidelines by Category/ Channel for all markets in the cluster
— Relaunch execution: Ensure coordination with stakeholders to
ensure flawless product transition in trade.
— Customer Engagement - Direct & Indirect: Ensure that customer and channel lenses are fully reflected into SCM plans and deliverables
— Presentations: co-build Customer Category Presentations (Innovation, Category, JBP, T2T) as needed
